How can I get support for iXOS jukeman?
If you have tried everything which was listed under section "JUKEMAN does not work properly. What shall I do?" without success, you can contact us either at support@ixos.de, Tel. +49 46005-0 or FAX +49 46005-199 for customers outside of the US or Canada, or at jukesupport@belmont.ixos.com, Tel. 415-294-5800, FAX 415-294-5836.
Please be prepared to supply the following information: Hardware platform, operating system and version, iXOS jukeman version (can for instance be obtained from the first line in the logfile), the contents of the logfile.txt and of server.cfg and all devices which cause problems.
