Note: If you change the properties of a cache (directory cache, data cache) or of the IFS buffer, all stored data in that cache or buffer will be lost. All data in the IFS buffer must first be written to disk using the "cdadm writer flush..." command (see "Burning disks incrementally" on page 154).
