Under NT a view can appear as a drive letter. A view can also be given a
label which appears as a property of the drive.
Since a view can contain subviews, iXOS-JUKEMAN enables you to present any
number of views as subdirectories of a single drive letter. The directories can
then be shared individually with different permissions. This is extremely
useful if different groups want to see different disk selections, but only one
more drive letter is available on the server.
NFS clients do not use drive letters or labels. They use the mount
command to access a view through a path in the volume tree.
